The only ones who are aware of the true identity of these vicious females are the victims, who’ve endured the mental and emotional abuse firsthand. They’re extremely convincing and manage to manipulate others into believing the narc has their best interests at heart.

The female narcissist can be anyone you know. Discern the signs and red flags. Always use your intuition and remember, one of the biggest signs is obvious... if she’s posing in public, yet horrible/cruel in private... RUN!!!!

A sociopath is someone who suffers from Antisocial Personality Disorder. Sociopaths pose as charismatic and charming individuals, yet can be extremely volatile and hostile if they feel their sense of control is threatened. The most common traits of a sociopath are:

•Anger, Aggression, Hostility

•Irritability, Antisocial behaviors

•Lack of empathy

•Rule breaking

•Compulsive lying, Manipulation •Disregard for safety of self and others

•Charisma & Charm (use discernment)

•Mistreatment of others

•Extreme mood swings

Common moods:

Anger, boredom, discontent *Alcohol & drug abuse can worsen symptoms

An attachment style is in theory the thread of attachment you receive from your parents, which determines how you attach to others throughout your relationships. Your Attachment Style plays a very big role in how your personal (and even professional) lives play out.

In this episode, listed are the following four Attachment Styles:

* Secure Attachment.

* Dismissive/Avoidant Attachment

* Sub: Anxious-Avoidant Attachment

* Anxious/Insecure/Preoccupied Attachment

* Disorganized/Unresolved Attachment

The level of importance in understanding your Attachment Style is extreme, as some clearly have abnormalities and can/will negatively affect future relationships.
