This belief keeps us disconnected from the very support, nourishment, and growth we're craving. 

Transformation doesn’t come after life gets easier, it comes when we decide to choose ourselves, even in the mess. What is the deeper reason we say no to support? Being supported isn’t a luxury, it’s a reclamation of your power.

What does the heart of your creative process look like? The messy, magical, intuitive space where inspiration meets healing. So many of us have been conditioned to believe we’re not creative because we didn’t fit into a mold and this is a belief I once carried myself.

There is a subtle yet powerful grip that beliefs have over our lives, and it is a potent practice of love and devotion to begin hunting for them and unraveling them. There is a quote that shifted everything for me: ‘You can have your beliefs, just don’t believe in them.” This one line opened the door to deeper spiritual exploration, helping me realize that many of the things I thought were “me” were actually inherited, conditioned, or reactive responses I constructed to keep me safe.

There are beliefs shaped by childhood, trauma, and nervous system responses, that can linger in the background of our psyches quietly dictate how we relate to everything from love to work, family to self-worth. Learning how to shift into “right relationship” (Ayni) and understanding that giving and receiving exist in sacred mutual reciprocity, is the key to moving through life less in control and more in connection. This is a call to loosen the grip, drop the masks, and meet the moment with your truest self.

How often do we take things personally, when it’s really just a projection of our own inner wounds?

In our episode today, we are exploring the deep connection between our inner rhythms, the cycles of nature, and the Divine Feminine essence that lives within all of us.

Let’s dive into the deeper layers of childhood healing by looking beyond the conscious mind and into the energetic architecture of our being. So many of us start a business with passion, vision, and purpose. But along the way, we hit a wall: something unseen that seems to keep us stuck, unseen, or unable to grow. And often, that “something” lives deep in our energetic field, rooted in the past, asking to be seen before we can move forward.

Genevieve is here with us today.
