Tom Paladino is a scalar energy researcher based in Florida. Scalar energy is the fundamental life force found everywhere in the world, space and universe. It originates from the sun and stars. Chi, prana, OM, mana, life force, pyramid energy or zero-point energy are synonymous terms for scalar energy. Tom theorized that all energy in the universe initiates as scalar energy; and that the sun of our solar system and the stars of the universe are the points of origin, “the storehouses,” for scalar energy. He further theorized that scalar energy is instructive energy, as the entire universe is instructed by this Divine Essence. Subsequently, all spiritual, cognitive, emotional and physical action in the universe is initiated and maintained by scalar energy instructions. Scalar energy provides order in the universe. Tom's aim is to treat 1 billion people annually with scalar energy.

Are you one to make new year’s resolutions and stay committed or are you someone who has already forgotten by the 15th of January what you said you’d complete? I use to be the latter, making these grand goals that would require a lot of time + energy commitment on top of daily life. But, over the years I’ve been able to iron out these resolutions to determine what works best for me and I’ve compiled a few tips to share with you today.

This week I was joined by a beautiful soul, Annemeik van Helsdingen, the found of the Academy for Soul-based coaching. After facing yet another heath challenge while working within corporate, she finally quit in 2012, determined to find the way that she could listen to her body while still serving.

Unfortunately, roughly 1 in 6 couples in Canada experience infertility and while I personally have never had to experience this myself, I know it has and will continue to affect those around me. In today’s episode I interviewed Infertility and IVF Support Coach, Michelle Streeter who told her story of infertility. 

Michelle Streeter is a former Higher Ed professional, and calligrapher turned infertility and IVF support coach. While she’s worn many hats through the years, the common thread through them has been helping people find joy in all seasons. As a three-time IVF warrior who has experienced grief, heartbreak and loss on her infertility journey, she’s learned a thing or two about navigating the emotional roller coaster of life and finding joy through hard seasons. She is so honored to walk alongside women in their infertility and IVF journeys and loves empowering her clients to thrive through infertility, IVF and beyond. When Michelle isn’t coaching women through their infertility journeys, she can be found catching up with friends at coffee shops, snuggling her rescue pups (she loves a good nap) or spending time with her family of three (soon to be four) whom she feels eternally grateful for.

I related to so many things covered in today’s episode (as you will hear throughout the audio), but I think this is a great topic for any woman, highly sensitive or not. Most of the time when a problem or challenge arises in our life, we can be quick to fixate on it.
