Our guest, Kirsten Morrisson, is an Anti-Diet Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She is the Host of Intuitive Bites Podcast and runs her own virtual private practice helping women heal their relationships to food and body. Kirsten also previously worked in a bariatric clinic (weight loss surgery) and understands all the nuances of what people go through when pursuing intentional weight loss.

Our guest, Shana, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Brooklyn, New York. She currently works in public health for the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, doing community nutrition lessons, and also owns her own company, The Nutrition Tea ®. She describes herself as an "all foods fit" dietitian and creates a platform for open discussion on nutrition and wellness topics that are inclusive, non-diet, and weight-neutral, all with an intersectionality of social justice.

A decade ago I was in the *thick* of things with my binge eating & dieting struggles. It felt like I was pushing a boulder up a mountain that had no peak, and the boulder kept slipping, and getting bigger and bigger, and harder to push, as I went. It was exhausting.
I was so tired of trying to eat so "good" and “healthy," only to end up eating everything in the pantry until I felt sick to my stomach.
Knowing what I know now, there are SO many things that I wish I could go back and tell that younger version of myself. And I'm here to support YOU the best I can, so I'm trusting that in sharing this, some of these messages will be just what you need to hear now as well.
