Hailing from Toulouse, South West of France, up-and-coming producer @kendal3000 began to draw attention from crowds of online listeners last year with batches of alluring soundcloud contributions. In parallel with his main venture, @bfdmrec, label boss Judaah is embarking on a distinct venture with Homemade Sound System - a new imprint that sees him return to the roots of his teenage/early adult's love for Reggaean blends and dancehall riddims. Berlin club turned (occasional) record label @sameheads return with the second instalment in their biyearly vinyl comp series. This second volume, amusingly called 'HOOCH!', does a great job of capturing a snapshot of Berlin's clubbing zeitgeist and features some firm favourites of ours, amongst which former Syracuse member Epsilove and Ohlandy, Neubau mainstay Alexander Arpeggio, as well as slamming industrial techno maestro An-i (@lee-douglas).
