About Chris Williams
Chris Williams is the CEO of I Buy Houses Fresno, a real estate solutions company that focuses on helping homeowners with problems like foreclosure, probate, bankruptcy, and even divorce. Before he became a real estate solutions provider, Chris was a pool cleaner in 2009. While he did enjoy the work, he’s always had an entrepreneurial desire and always loved the idea of owning a business.
He decided to research ways to earn money from real estate and first learned to fix and flip. Much later, he learns about the wonders of wholesaling, which is the core of his business today. He had many ups and downs along the way, but his belief in himself and God helped him pull through and led him to have the success he currently has.

Blake absolutely loves real estate and the power it has to completely change around a person's finances and how it can open up their world to new possibilities. It has done exactly that for his wife and him when they in their first year reached the point of financial independence with their properties, where their net cash flow exceeded his W2 income.

He is still full-time active duty and she recently earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Baylor University, so they both work full time. But by hustling over the last year, they acquired 117 units (A mix of residential multifamily, commercial multifamily, and commercial short-term rentals which Blake affectionately calls BrrrrBNB's) and have more than replaced his active-duty income and still growing! Now he focuses his content on opening those same doors for other people.
