When I first started college, I decided that I wanted to become a master of the money game....
...meaning I never wanted money to become an issue.
It was obvious that the only way to do this was to become an entrepreneur
So, in the span of 2 years, I launched 6 different businesses
while some had some success, most of them failed However, the entire time I was launching businesses, I was learning about marketing, how to structure a business, and most importantly, I was learning about the money game
As I've already mentioned on this channel, the 7th business I launched was my Investment Funds, and the 8th was Investment Fund Secrets
...and both of these business models is what made me a millionaire by 25.
However, the whole time I was playing a much bigger game
and that game is the Money Game.
Want to learn how to play?
Well, you should definitely check out today's episode🔥
Enjoy!

If you have been watching this channel for a while, then you have definitely seen me breakdown the 3 main positions in every fund:
-Capital Raiser
-Fund Manager
-Expert Investor
These roles can be filled with one partner, or with 10 partners.
That decision is up to you However, it's important to plan out how you are going to distribute the equity of your fund!
In today's episode, we are going to mainly focus on how much you should pay a Capital Raiser, but I will also touch in on the other roles as well
Watching this video will definitely save you some headaches in the future, so make sure you pay attention🤓
Enjoy!

It seems like EVERYONE and their mother have been talking about DAOs recently...
So, I figured it would be appropriate to create a video that talks about DAOs, what they are, and how they are different from funds
For those who don't know, DAO stands for Decentralized Autonomous Organization, and they are continuing to explode (and crash) as crypto becomes more & more popular

On this channel, we talk a lot about how to build, launch, and scale investment funds
However, we've been getting a lot of requests from subscribers who have already launched their first fund wanting to know when they should launch fund #2
Well, like most fund-related questions, it really depends on what type of fund you're running and what specific assets you are investing in
Luckily, for today's episode, Lincoln explains when you should start your second fund based on what industry you are operating in
If you haven't launched fund #1 yet, that's totally okay!
There is still plenty you can walk away with from this video

A question that I get a lot from my students is "should I have a third party admin for my fund?"
Well, if we were having this discussion in the pre-Bernie Madoff days, most fund managers would say no, it's okay to do all of your numbers in-house
However, after Bernie Madoff stole billions from his investors over multiple decades, most fund managers (and investors) would say yes, you should definitely have a third party admin set up for your fund
This being said, there are still a few exceptions where it's acceptable to not have a third party admin
We will be talking about this and much more in today's episode
Enjoy🔥
