Hey Beau, I have a flex light industrial property under contract in Florida. There are 16 units and 12 of them are leased. We plan on leasing up another unit or two before closing. I live in California and I’m having trouble finding a bank to fund the purchase. DSCR is good and I am solid. Any suggestions/help you may be able to provide? Purchase price is $1,975,000. I am looking for 75% financing.
