React Group PLC (REAT:AIM) provided an investor update highlighting its continued turnaround into a profitable, cash-generative UK specialist support services provider to the facilities management (FM) sector, underpinned by 93% recurring revenue, diversified blue-chip customers, and low customer concentration (no single client above 7.6% of revenue). For FY25 (year ended September 2025), the Group reported revenue of £24.9m (+20% YoY), gross profit of £8.0m (+40% YoY) and an improved blended gross margin of 32.1% (+450bps), with EBITDA of £3.1m (+27% YoY) and EBITDA EPS of 13.02p, reflecting operational momentum and margin expansion. Management emphasised four core pillars—LaddersFree (nationwide commercial window/cladding cleaning platform), Fidelis (multi-year hygiene/maintenance contracts across education, industry and NHS), React Specialist Cleaning (emergency, clinical and decontamination services) and the recently acquired 24hr Aquaflow (drainage/plumbing and new pump services, strong around the M25)—with integration of Aquaflow complete and cross-selling opportunities growing. The growth strategy remains consistent: organic expansion supported by Project Sparkle digitisation (now fully live), operational efficiencies, and selective, culturally aligned, earnings-accretive M&A (typically targeting at least ~£0.5m EBITDA contribution), while maintaining comfortable leverage (c. 1x bank debt/EBITDA) and paying down debt. Management reiterated an ambition to deliver a minimum £5m annual free cash flow run-rate by exit 2028, supported by resilient non-discretionary demand, strong customer retention, and technology/AI use cases across CRM, customer experience, workflow automation and compliance processes.
