He played keyboards in various bands and solo gigs in folk clubs and college venues. Later as part of a 4 piece folk band called Badgers’ Sett he played a wide range of venues across south east England. After Badgers’ Sett Alan focussed on solo gigs and recording the large number of songs he had accumulated.

They are hard-working musicians performing live at least twice a week at venues across south east England. They have been around the London music scene for many years and have run into some very famous musicians, most notably Hendrix and Clapton. There are some great stories here, the major players were so much more accessible back in the late 60s
