Episode Description In this episode, I open my heart and talk about the
reality many of us face every single day. People often say life is
fair—but I don’t see it that way. We work hard, we show up, we give
everything we have, yet nobody seems to appreciate it. Management
doesn’t see our effort. The community doesn’t understand our struggle.
And no matter how hard we try to prove what we can do, it feels like the
world still looks down on us.
For many of us working at the Lighthouse For The Blind, the truth is
painful. We want opportunities. We want to be hired, respected, and
valued. But instead, we’re stuck—trying to survive, trying to support
our families, trying to keep going even when life feels unfair.
In this episode, I share my experience and my feelings—not just for
myself, but for everyone out there who feels the same. You are not
alone. I am one of you. We are all trying our best in a world that
doesn’t always treat us fairly. And sometimes, sharing our story is the
only way to remind ourselves that our struggle matters.
