With the remastered release of storied developer Bioware's genre-defining trilogy, Mass Effect, Jeremy gathers his allies Bryan, Dave, and Ray for a little weapons calibrating and side-character relationship building (I got Mass Effect jokes). Mostly: has the recent slew of remakes and remasters a cash-grab in lieu of creating a wholly new experience taking advantage of the nostalgia these games provide, or are they legitimate releases that can stand on their own and serve a purpose other than generating nostalgia for days passed?

Jeremy also gives his take on the 80's kids-on-bikes movie, The Monster Squad, and how the movie appears from someone who grew up in an age of 80s nostalgia and increased sensitivity to the... language used when describing various groups a la LGBT populations.
