Our guest today grew up in an upper middle-class family with the greatest parents but ended up losing everything on the streets. He was in organized crime and at one point was looking at 68 years in a US prison. He’s highly educated, with 4 university degrees and practised as a doctor since. He’s been in recovery for almost 20 years and has opened sober living homes in Winnipeg 31 beds and also opened Aurora recovery centre which is a 70 bed drug and alcohol treatment centre with a detox.
