It’s already been a long and psychologically tough year as we arrive into the season of power and intensity, asking us to go even further into our psyches to face issues of empowerment. Allie and Anne explore the exhaustion and a bit of madness, and how these might be just the ingredients needed to recognize where we’re empowered and where we’d like to feel more so.

Things are a touch vulnerable this Libra Season as this sign explores its roots and what nurtures it. Allie and Anne explore resonance and relationships from this place, which can require a little extra faith and gentleness.

In this episode Allie and Anne explore Virgo Season themes of daily rhythms and connection to purpose—and how there is tension in the many possibilities and dualities of direction around these things this year.

Our hearts are central during Leo Season and this year’s surrounding notes has us each discovering textures and particular values in our own heart’s ability to command—especially as the world seems to lack clarity around true leaders in this complex time.

Anne and Allie discuss the many layers of complexity in society, culture, and power as our world lights up, rising to challenges of facing demons in the roots of our systems and construct. Racial injustices are being understood like never before. Covid is an underlying uncertainty, and the future is uncertain. But it’s exactly in that uncertainty, and shedding of layers, when we have an opportunity to envision new ways.

Anne and Allie explore how the pandemic is having so many people witnessing what value constructs have been oppressing humanity. Whimsical notions and envisioning are touched on in the spirit of dreaming of a different future, where everyone deserves a basic level of dignified value and pleasure in life.

We’re in quarantine. There’s a pandemic with Covid-19 sweeping the Earth. The heartbreak, losses, isolation, and yet the beautiful spirit of humanity’s innovation and helping nature is our wake-up call to make the changes that many of us have been talking about and dreaming of.

It’s the end of the astrological year. Boundaries are porous and complex but this is the timing when we can see the whole of our shadow and light at the same time, bringing exhaustion, compassion, surrender, and profound understanding. Anne and Allie explore the understandings coming through for them.

Sometimes cycles bring things up and out of us that can feel surprising or even like you’re regressing, but maybe it’s a potent moment that’s actually a huge step forward. Anne and Allie give voice to a cycle that on the outside feels immature, but as they keep digging, shows a really powerful energy of liberation in order to tap creativity that’s been suppressed.

It’s a new year, new decade, and a year where some major Capricorn influences are both leveling up in our lives and putting big pressures on us to stay aligned, authentic, integral, and focused. Anne and Allie talk big goals and the pressure yet excitement being felt.
