The IPPT Calculator is a free, user-friendly tool designed for National Servicemen (NSmen) and NSFs in Singapore. It helps you:

To pass, you need:
- At least 1 point per station
- A total of 51 points or more
- Select Your Gender & Status (NSF or NSman)
- Choose Your Age Group (e.g. 25–29, 30–34)
- Input Push-Up Count (Max in 60 seconds)
- Input Sit-Up Count (Max in 60 seconds)
- Enter 2.4 KM Run Time
