Fourth chair - turned outward - washing the feet of our community

What does the table represent?

It represents our relationship with God. What is the best way to mature in our relationship with God - this message examines the role of devotions in a person's life.

This is more than a message about joining a 'life group' - it explores how the House of God should be a place of relationships that are deep, lasting and vulnerable.

1 Corinthians 12:12 (NLT) - "The human body has many parts, but the many parts make up one whole body. So it is with the body of Christ.

Imagine if you were to do a 5000 word jigsaw puzzle and you came to the end and discovered one piece missing - how would it look?

That's what the House of God looks like when we decide not to use our gifts - there are pieces missing. The church is a venue for our gifts yet in a society where we are commitment phobic and highly mobile - the church needs people to discover where they fit. In turn there is nothing like discovering where you fit and also discovering what role you play in seeing the church really becoming the hope of the world.
