David Davenport is a research fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and a senior fellow at the Ashbrook Center. He is the coauthor of four books and is working on a new book about America’s civic education crisis. David is also a regular columnist for the Washington Examiner. He does research and writing on constitutional federalism, civic education, international law and treaties, and American politics.
