We kick off season two of the Lincoln County football off-season training podcast with head coach Josh Jaggers and Strength Coach Brian McGuffey.

In this episode, Coach Jaggers introduces the newest member of his coaching staff. You don't want to miss this one.

We're joined this week by Josh's mom, Judy Jaggers, for our special Mother's Day edition. Judy has been both a wife and mother of an LCHS head football coach, and she spent over twenty years teaching in the Lincoln County school system.

Larry Vaught who has been covering Lincoln County sports longer than anyone alive today joins us to talk about his career and some of the big stories in Lincoln Football.

Dalton Godbey is a 2015 graduate of Lincoln County High School and played on the 2011-2014 teams as a linebacker and quarterback. He is currently a television reporter in Louisville.

Darren was a player from 1982-1985. He's a 1986 LCHS graduate and then coached from 1991-2001, then again in 2008, and from 2015-2018.

He is currently the Chief Operations Officer of Lincoln County Schools. He joins Josh Jaggers and Jon Logan Smith for this week's episode.

We also get an update from Coach Jaggers on the weightroom progress.

Rising Senior Landon Day joins Coach Jaggers and Jon Logan Smith to talk about the off-season weight training and the current LCHS baseball season. Also, Kenny Mac Smith, the man who makes Friday nights on the sideline run smoothly joins in.

Tim Estes is a 1981 graduate of Lincoln County High School and was the head football coach from 1997-2001, compiling a record of 31 wins and 25 losses. He was an assistant coach to both Larry Phillips and Marty Jaggers, and was a part of some of the best teams in school history.
