Part II of "The Ziaspora" follows up on the conversation had with African members of Generation Z - recent graduates and college students who are still finding themselves and their path to a purpose-driven life. This part of the series focuses on the real-life implications of pressuring young people to be successful without a plan and without adequate socio-emotional maturity. Our featured guest Adebisi Adebowale talks about her work in this area, training both parents and educators on providing meaningful mentorship around leadership development. She also talks about her path to social entrepreneurship as a woman, and the implications it has had on her vision for improving the lives of young Africans across the diaspora.
