Rio Hondo Prep improved to 8-0 with a 35-7 victory over Viewpoint in their Gold Coast League opener. The Kares were led by Senior QB Alex Mustain who threw 4 touchdown passes and ran for a score as well. There didn't seem to be any rust from Rio after their bye week which coincided with various science camps.
