This was a great question Mel and Kel received from one of their loyal listeners after hearing these girlfriends say that they didn't like the word "content" based on Episode 185.
In a perfect world, intelligent conversations, including questions and requiring clarification, are such a good thing. It's questions like this that stir up good thinking.
Mel took a deeper dive into things and found, by definition, being content means a person is satisfied regardless of her circumstances. She is ultimately peaceful.
In other words, being content is a very good thing. Perhaps complacent is the real word these girlfriends do not like.
This week, Mel and Kel discuss the differences between contentment and complacency and encourage you to consider your life. Are you content? Are you complacent?
While these two love the feeling of being content and at peace with the lives they live, once things feel complacent, their fires get lit! Does your fire need lighting?
If so, you are invited to Mel and Kel's first virtual webinar happening *LIVE* and online on April 20, 2023.
