After that ended, Mark decided not to go back to television but decided to become a restauranteur. Since cooking has always been something Mark loved, It wasn't a decision Mark took lightly. When Mark decided he was going to do it he had to humble myself and  start at ground zero. Mark worked in 3 restaurants and a food truck and participated in a culinary training program. Along his journey he met his business partner Geisi Segura. A chef who had 20 yrs experience running restaurants and they clicked immediately. When the opportunity came for Mark to open his own place he called Geisi up and they looked at a location and decided to go for it and they became partners. Gofish was a concept Mark came up with from his love of seafood and the desire to offer something different that he hadn't seen before. "We have a unique take on many traditional dishes and we have some very original dishes as well that we think people will enjoy and remember. We started 4 months ago and have made tremendous progress. We started as take out only and have been fortunate enough to be able to add seating and create a space that has a great decor and vibe. "Good vibes only" is a sign hanging on our wall and we truly mean it.
