Especially those who are in the beginning of the industry. we've been exploring in previous episodes.
It is the GROW Model, which is one of the most common models used in coaching.
The GROW model is composed of four phases:
G: for goals
R: for the reality.
O: for options.

We have to ensure that we're going to follow a certain path with the clients that can help them achieve the desired goal of the session.
Do we need to have a goal for each and every session, or there's a goal for the whole partnership agreement with the client, who's approaching us with the goal, destination to reach, or challenge to overcome or a certain goal that you want to achieve?
Each and every single session has to have a goal when we are starting the session. Despite the client’s main goal of hiring, you as a coach for the whole partnership agreement.
Defining a goal for the session is extremely important to have each and every single session.
Each and every single session needs to have a goal. So, the client is coming. And he should have a goal in his mind.
If he's not having a goal in his mind, you're going to sit together and ask him until you figure out what's the desired goal that you want to achieve from this session.
This is different than the main goal, which also needs to be defined from the beginning of the coaching partnership with the client.
