Is God speaking to me or is it me? Is God still speaking to me? Or, is it me? Have you ever had an experience where you believed God was speaking to you?  How about knowing that God was communicating to you, but you didn't know exactly what He was saying.  Samuel, the young prophet of Israel had God speak to him five times before he finally realized that God was trying to get his attention.  The issue is never on God's ability to speak, but on ours to perceive.  God is still speaking today.  It is not on the same level as the word of God.  Nevertheless, if we would believe He still speaks, we will discover a wonderful journey of how God speaks.
