You may have heard: Facebook recently released an internal research study about the harmful effects of Instagram (one of its properties) on teenage girls. The report shares how 1 in 3 teenage girls who use Instagram are likely to develop an eating disorder and/or depression. What is Facebook doing about? Well, nothing, really.
