Back by popular demand! This powerful programme is designed to help you set meaningful goals, stay accountable, and build momentum all year long!
This life-changing 13-part series began on Thursday, 15th January and spans the whole year to help you to set meaningful goals, stay accountable, and build momentum all year long! Beginning with three weekly foundation workshops throughout January, these sessions guide you step-by-step through choosing your goals, clarifying your βwhy,β creating a SMART plan, and setting up habits that support long-term success. Jules blends clear, practical tools with evidence-based coaching techniques to help you take action and make your dreams feel achievable!
From February we move into monthly sessions (on the last Thursday of each month) designed to keep your progress on track and support you when life inevitably gets in the way. Each catch-up focuses on a different theme, helping you navigate pivots, handle pitfalls, build resilience, and celebrate meaningful wins. (Note - the closing session in November will be earlier on the Thursday before Thanksgiving).
All sessions are recorded and available on the Community Online Academy Video Hub with resources and handouts available on Patreon.
