Her mission is to help Filipina/x, women and couples work through anxiety, communication, family/relationship wounds, self-defeating thoughts & old patterns. Importance of Episode
The space of mental health, being such a new thing in itself, is not a talked about thing in our culture. It's a taboo topic… which makes it all that more important to talk about. There are so many common themes throughout our families: like silent suffering, previous generations’ unaddressed traumas, spiritual bypassing to name a few. Many of us never think to connect the dots and therapy helps us connect those dots and move forward in a way our parents were never able to.
