You don’t have to go on auto pilot doing the things that you continually wish that you could stop doing. You can take a moment and notice what you’re really getting out of the things that you do each day. See how long the enjoyment lasts and really assess if it’s something that you want to keep going in your life.

I’ve lost over 250 pounds and changed my life radically many times over. I’ll be detailing my life as a child in a religious cult, growing up as a fat kid, losing weight, bariatric surgery, fitness hacks, meal and life planning strategies and real life, tough love cheering you on to achieving your goals and aspirations. I don’t pet. I am silly. I am fun. And I am simply ordinary. Which means I am qualified to convince other ordinary folks how to do the extraordinary.
