In today's episode It's time to wake the F up! If you keep doing the same thing, you're going to keep getting the same thing. Or worse, it's just going to go on a downward spiral. So take some time today and really start putting some steps in place to make some changes.

Whether it's your health, whether it's your finances, whatever it is today, take back control, stop being in denial and start making some changes and just wake the fuck up because no one is coming to save you. You can only come and save yourself. And if you feel like you're also in that place where stuff is happening to you and you feel like a victim and you feel powerless to your situation, ask yourself: What part did I play in this?
