You’ve probably heard by now that journaling is an AMAZING stress reducer, helps reduce anxious thoughts and is an  overall great habit to get into. It sounds like a nice idea but it’s just not for you - at least that’s the story you’ve told yourself!

Maybe you’ve written off (no pun intended) journaling because you think:

-It’s hard to keep up with

-You’ve only used journaling when something is really bothering you and spending time writing is reserved for when you’re a sobbing mess

-The last time you journaled, you spent 45 minutes releasing your feelings and you just don’t have time for that!

-What you’re proud of yourself for

 

Journaling gets to be fun, relaxing, and quick! You can incorporate journaling into your daily life with only 10 minutes a day!
