He took Bodo Glimt to their first ever league title in 2020, and has lifted three further titles since.

Last season he steered them to the semi-finals of the Europa League before losing out to eventual winners Spurs. It’s the furthest any Norwegian side has ever progressed in European competition.

And this season he negotiated qualifying to take his side to the UEFA Champions League for the first time ever where they’ll take on the likes of Juventus, Man City, Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid in the weeks ahead.
