She has learned a lot about herself in those two marriages and she explains that getting to know your partner is important and that may have been a step she missed. She also sheds light on being a part of the Bahai faith and what their beliefs on marriage consists of.

They really met for the first time, got engaged and married all within six months. Talk about a short timeline. Just the way she talks about her husband you can feel the love that they have for each other in their relationship. Our guest Courtney, cohost of A Nefarious Nightmare podcast, joins us this week to talk about her marriage. She lets us know that she had to kiss a lot of frogs to find her prince. She shares their journey of how she knew he was the one from their first official encounter. It's always a good sign when you can listen to a person talk about their person and you hear the love they have for them in their voice and how they talk about them . She shares where she sees their marriage in the future and all the wonderful things that make her husband so great. 

Our guest Dan opens up about his time being married and how it was in a sense "fake". He does not like saying it was a fake marriage but take a listen to what he means by it. He tells us how important it is to be true to yourself. 

Our guest met  her husband when they were young.  She married at 18 and made the best of marriage. Jennifer shares that she had a lot of growing up to do and it was a big adjustment getting married at a young age. She talks about how sometimes you have to go through hell and come out to appreciate what you have.
