If the pandemic is a virus, it has nothing on split focus. Humanity is unconsciously in a pattern of constantly splitting focus and this is a crisis.
We all do it, split focus, but it's not good and it becomes habitual. The shocking thing is that people are not even aware that they are no longer in tune with the moment as a whole moment. We do so many things mindlessly. Besides making us mentally and physically sick, it is a very dull way to live life, not being fully engaged. It is like staying in a boring movie he says. We miss the process of life, the journey of getting there, we want to be at the end, and this is why the world is in such a crisis.
Gary gives us powerful and simple practical tools to take into our everyday life. This is a solution to a lot of our everyday problems and to a lot of the problems out there.
