  • Time Check (Scripture, counsel, regulation, and space)
• A short listening exercise to practice hearing God with more clarity and trust

• Do I need time, godly counsel, Scripture, and nervous system regulation before responding?
• What did I notice during the listening exercise?
• What patterns help me recognize God’s voice over time?
