After a long wait and much hype, Far Cry 5 is finally in our hands. Ubisofts latest iteration of the series brings us to Hope County, with religious fanatics led by Joseph Seed and Co. doing all sorts of (funnily enough) not so nice things. Has Ubisoft been able to change the Far Cry formula enough to make it feel new? Or does it fall in to the same old gameplay loop we’ve become accustomed to? Ryan and Josh give you their first impressions.
