Maggie points out that the current MAGA movement is actually fractured because it isn't populist. It's pretending to be populist because it needs to be, and Trump is the perfect patsy. The president is acting like a king because he wants to be a king, but he's not. He doesn't even have a mandate! And without that, he's weak.
