As the days of what has purported to be the “Biden presidency” run out of the allotted time, its diabolical character is increasingly on display.

It seems that whoever is actually running the U.S. government – and the mere fact that we don’t know who it is says a lot about our parlous state – is lying to us, doubling down on policies explicitly rejected at the polls by a significant majority of voters and otherwise trying to screw up the incoming administration.

The question occurs: Does all this effectively translate into a coup against the Constitution and the peaceful transfer of power it prescribes? And, if so, are the people responsible capable of demonically and chaotically sabotaging at least the timing of Donald Trump’s inauguration, if not its actualization?

Unless they’re precluded from doing so, the record suggests the answer, frighteningly, is “Yes.”
