Hey Nurse friend-
I know you're tired of working short-staffed. I know you're feeling exhausted, burnt-out and your tank is EMPTY. Will things EVER change or "normal" again?? I don't have the answer to those questions for you today, but I do that SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE. A lot of things inside of healthcare are out of our control, however, there is one thing that you CAN CONTROL- you can control is YOURSELF. Listen in today as I give you some tough love and encourage you to do some self reflection.
