I have over 10 years of experience representing individuals, businesses, and their owners with tax debt issues, audits, and other problems with the IRS and state. I am the lead attorney and founder of The W Tax Group. I work directly with clients and lead a team of attorneys, accountants, and administrative staff to help those with tax debt and other issues with the IRS or the state obtain the best possible outcomes.

I also work with professionals who have clients with tax issues, including tax professionals (CPAs, EAs, and Accountants) who provide accounting services but do not have IRS controversy and tax debt expertise; wealth advisors, realtors, mortgage lenders, loan officers, and credit counselors with clients that need tax issues resolved to close on deals; bankruptcy attorneys with clients in situations where filing for bankruptcy will not address their tax debt; and family law attorneys where tax debt issues won't allow the divorce to be final.
