In this episode, I talk about the inner child. A recent discover in therapy has lead me to uncovering my inner child and figuring out what she wants so that I can give those things to her instead of seeking them out in the outside world. This is a personal journey that I'm on that I wanted to share with you all today in hopes that you can find a bit of this information useful in your own life.
