The 40% rule is all about persistence and consistency because you will often find yourself wanting to give up so easily!

Every good leader delegates specific roles and responsibilities to other people who are capable, and for you to do what only you can do as a leader, and as the leader to follow up!

Let’s practice pouring into that 20% in our lives or in who ever or what ever that is and the remaining 80% will take care of itself, or the 20% will take care of the 80%! It’s not how hard you work, it’s how smart you work!

Where are you giving your 100%? It’s important to ask yourself, “where do I need to be 100%? And in the evening, “Did give 100% today, did I give it my best?” Let’s practice giving our 100% where we receive our greatest return!

Whenever you find yourself doing something that is not contrary to God will ask yourself, WWJD(what would Jesus do) and if you think that what you are about to do is not pleasing yo God don’t do it! Because you know it is not right!
