CC Madhya 25.121, Purport:
When we are on the material platform, there are different types of religions—Hinduism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism and so on. These are instituted for a particular time, a particular country or a particular person. Consequently there are differences. Christian principles are different from Hindu principles, and Hindu principles are different from Muslim and Buddhist principles. These may be considered on the material platform, but when we come to the platform of transcendental devotional service, there are no such considerations. The transcendental service of the Lord (sādhana-bhakti) is above these principles. The world is anxious for religious unity, and that common platform can be achieved in transcendental devotional service. This is the verdict of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu. When one becomes a Vaiṣṇava, he becomes transcendental to all these limited considerations.

Religion means to surrender to God. It doesn't matter what religion you profess. It doesn't matter. But you must learn how to obey the Supreme Lord. That is religion. Religion does not mean that you stamp some stereotype religion, "I am Christian," "I am Hindu," "I am Muslim," "I am Buddhist," and then fight. That is not religion. That is fanaticism. Religion means how one has become devoted to God. That is religion.
You claim to be religious, or you claim to be Hindu or Christian or Buddhist. That's all right But do you know what is God? Oh, everyone is silent. He does not know what is God. And what is his religion? If you do not know what is God, a vague idea, that is not religion. You must know what is God. Just like to become an American citizen, it requires you to know something of the history of America. So ask an American citizen, "What are you?" "Now, I'm American." "Who is your president?' "I do not know."

What is this nonsense American? Would you like to hear from him, "I do not know who is my president." Similarly, a human being professing some certain type of religion, but if you ask him, "What is God?"
Religion must be in relationship with God; any religion. But ask him, "What is God?" No answer. But religion means yato bhaktir adhoksaje — by practising it, one becomes a devotee of the Lord. That is religion, First-class religion. (Lecture on Srimad Bhagavatam. 9/01/74)

In the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam we find the following verse;
"The woman, created by the Lord, is the representation of māyā, and one who associates with such māyā by accepting services must certainly know that this is the way of death, just like a blind well covered with grass."
- ŚB 3.31.40
Is this also true for our devotee wives? Are they representing Lakṣmī or Durgā?
Kṛṣṇa says in Bhavavad-gīta "I am sex life which is not contrary to religious principles", are we householders using sex only in the service of The Lord?
How should wives deal with this & how should husbands get freed from this tendency?

Are we to live our lives believing the words of modern-day scientists or shall we believe in the statements of the śāstra?
Kṛṣṇa says in the Bhagavad-gītā "tatra cāndramasaṁ jyotir
yogī prāpya nivartate" The mystic who reaches the moon planet, again comes back. This means that there are advanced living entities residing on the moon. Do they teach this fact in universities like Cambridge?

The Lord also says "The splendor of the sun, which dissipates the darkness of this whole world, comes from Me. And the splendor of the moon and the splendor of fire are also from Me. (Bg 15.12)
This means that the moon has its own light and does not simply reflect the sunlight. Is this part of the scientific curriculum of the Harvard University?
Will we find our faith shaken due to observing the foolish endeavors of those who challenge the laws of material nature that are put in place by Kṛṣṇa?!
None of the devotees & Hindus should support the Chandrayaan mission, as this would mean siding with the rebellious souls who are adverse to the eternal loving service of The Lord!

Srila Prabhupada has given us everything. He is teaching us about the absolute truth as well as all different aspects of life, this includes the way we dress and the way we keep our bodies cleansed.
Many devotees have gone astray from the standard that Srila Prabhupada has given, this is not good. Let us discuss about this important topic later.
"The Tilaks on the forehead and other parts of the body are symbolic representation of Radha Krishna Temples. In other words by marking Tilaks on all parts of our body we become protected by the Lord from all sides. Besides Tilak marking at once makes one known as Vaisnavas therefore they are necessary as much as the beads."
