In this episode from The Names of Allah series by Qalam Institute, Shaykh Mikaeel Smith reflects on the beautiful name of Allah, Al-Hameed, The One who is truly worthy of all praise.
This Islamic reminder explores the importance of gratitude in Islam, not just as a feeling, but as a way of seeing life, worshipping Allah, and recognising His blessings. Shaykh Mikaeel breaks down the three levels of gratitude and how true shukr changes the heart, the tongue, and our actions.
He also touches on the role of tawakkul, placing our trust in Allah through ease and hardship, and how gratitude protects the heart from arrogance, entitlement, and despair.
One of the powerful reminders in this episode is the difference between the believer and the non-believer. A person may have blessings in this world, but the believer has something greater: they know the One who gave the blessing. The non-believer may enjoy the gift, but the believer knows the Giver.
As the Prophet ﷺ said:
“Amazing is the affair of the believer. Verily, all of his affair is good. If something pleasing happens to him, he is grateful, and that is good for him. If something harmful happens to him, he is patient, and that is good for him.” Sahih Muslim Hadith
A beautiful reminder on gratitude, tawakkul, shukr, praise of Allah, and the meaning of Al-Hameed from the Names of Allah.

Your rizq was never in the hands of people.
Not your boss. Not your clients. Not the market. Not the economy. Not the people who rejected you, overlooked you, delayed you, or tried to stand in your way.
Your provision comes from Allah ﷻ.
In this powerful Islamic khutbah by Shaykh Mikaeel, we are reminded of the mindset every Muslim needs when it comes to wealth, success, business, money, and provision. Before you chase opportunities, build a career, start a business, or seek financial freedom, you must understand one truth deeply.
Allah is Ar-Razzaq, the Provider.
The source of all wealth is not limited. The One who gives is unlimited. When Allah has written something for you, no one can block it. And when Allah withholds something from you, no one can force it into your hands. Your rizq, your opportunities, your success, and your future are all under the control of Allah alone.
This khutbah is about reframing the way we think about money.
So many people live with fear. Fear of missing out. Fear of being blocked. Fear that someone has ruined their future. Fear that their chance has passed.
But no one can take what Allah has written for you.
This reminder InshAllah, will help you strengthen your tawakkul, your relationship with Allah, and approach wealth with faith, discipline, gratitude, and certainty.
Your provision has already been written.
Now work for it with a heart that knows who provides it.
There comes a moment when the heart knows.
You may not say it out loud. You may not tell anyone. But deep inside, you know when you have drifted. You know when your salah has become heavy, when your tongue has become careless, when your heart feels distant, and when the sins you once feared have started to feel normal.
This powerful reminder by Mufti Menk is a call back to Allah ﷻ.
This Khutbah is about tawbah, repentance, self-reflection, and the quiet work of becoming better before it is too late. It is a reminder that Allah has not closed the door on you. No matter how far you feel, no matter how many times you have fallen, the path back to Allah is still open.
True self-improvement in Islam begins with an honest heart.
It begins when you stop blaming others, stop delaying change, and finally ask yourself: What do I need to fix before I meet Allah?
In this Islamic reminder, Mufti Menk speaks about returning to Allah, seeking forgiveness, improving your character, strengthening your iman, and answering the call to goodness in your daily life. This is not just about leaving sin. It is about softening the heart, renewing your intention, guarding your tongue, healing your relationship with Allah, and becoming someone who brings goodness into the lives of others.
If your heart feels tired, distant, guilty, or in need of a fresh start, this reminder is for you.
Allah’s mercy is greater than your mistakes.

The best days of this world have arrived.
Not Ramadan. Not the last ten nights. The Prophet ﷺ taught us that the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah are the greatest days of the year. These are the days when righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah ﷻ than at any other time, even more beloved than jihad, except for the one who goes out with his life and wealth and returns with nothing.
In this powerful Islamic lecture, Ustadh Abdulrahman Hassan explains the virtues of the first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah, the importance of the Day of Arafah, the story of the verse in which Allah completed the religion, and the key actions every Muslim should focus on during this blessed season.
These are days of worship, repentance, fasting, dua, dhikr, charity, Qur’an, sacrifice, and returning to Allah with sincerity.
In this episode, you will learn about:
The virtues of the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah, including why Allah swore by them in the Qur’an, why righteous deeds are so beloved during these days, and how the major acts of worship come together in this blessed time.
The Day of Arafah, one of the greatest days in Islam. Ustadh Abdulrahman Hassan discusses the reward of fasting on Arafah, the power of dua on this day, and the best words to say:
La ilaha illallah, wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul mulk wa lahul hamd, wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadir.
You will also learn the three essential preparations for Dhul Hijjah:
Sincere repentance. A firm intention to benefit from these days. Staying away from sins.
The lecture also covers the most important recommended deeds during the first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah, including prayer, fasting, Hajj and Umrah, takbir, tahmid, tahleel, charity, reading Qur’an, kindness to parents, maintaining family ties, feeding the poor, reconciling between people, and preparing for Udhiyah, also known as Qurbani or Qurban, on Eid al-Adha.
Ustadh Abdulrahman Hassan also explains important rulings related to the takbir of Dhul Hijjah, including the difference between unrestricted and restricted takbir, when each one begins and ends, and how to follow the Sunnah correctly.
The first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah are a once-a-year opportunity for immense reward, mercy, forgiveness, and closeness to Allah.
Do not let them pass like ordinary days.

The first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah are not ordinary days.
They are the greatest days of the year. Days so beloved to Allah ﷻ that the Prophet ﷺ said:
“There are no days on which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days.” The companions asked, “Not even jihad for the sake of Allah?” He replied, “Not even jihad for the sake of Allah, except for a man who goes out with his life and wealth and returns with nothing.” Sahih al-Bukhari
In this episode, we explore the virtue of the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah, why they hold such a high status in Islam, and how every Muslim can make the most of this blessed season.
Dhul Hijjah is a time for worship, repentance, fasting, dhikr, charity, dua, Qur’an, and preparing for Qurban, also known as Qurbani, during Eid al-Adha. These days remind us of sacrifice, sincerity, and returning to Allah with a heart that is awake.
From the Day of Arafah to Qurbani Eid, these are days of mercy, forgiveness, and immense reward. A chance to increase in good deeds. A chance to seek Allah’s forgiveness. A chance to give, sacrifice, and remember the legacy of Prophet Ibrahim عليه السلام.
Ibn Rajab رحمه الله said:
“The best days of the year are the ten days of Dhul Hijjah, and the best nights are the last ten nights of Ramadan.”
So the question is simple.
How will you spend them?

One Islam Productions brings to you a powerful reminder explaining the reality of the Day of Judgment, the signs of the Last Day, and the importance of preparing for the moment every soul will stand before Allah.

The Day of Judgment is one of the most important beliefs in Islam. Every person will be resurrected, every deed will be brought forward, every soul will be held accountable, and no one will be wronged. This reminder explores what will happen on the Day of Judgment, when Judgment Day will begin, the major signs of the Hour, and what every Muslim should do to prepare for the Akhirah.
Many people live distracted by the dunya, forgetting that this life is temporary and that the Hereafter is forever. But the Day of Judgment is real, death is certain, and every person will return to Allah. This Islamic lecture reminds us to reflect on our deeds, strengthen our iman, protect our salah, make sincere tawbah, seek forgiveness, and live with the Akhirah in mind.
This episode also covers important reminders about the big signs of the Day of Judgment and the things that can save a person on that Day, by the permission and mercy of Allah. True success will not be found in wealth, status, or worldly achievements, but in faith, sincerity, righteous deeds, repentance, and the mercy of Allah.
If you want to learn more about the Day of Judgment in Islam, the signs of the Last Day, what happens after death, the resurrection, accountability, the book of deeds, and how to prepare to meet Allah, this powerful Muslim reminder is for you.
Dr. Omar Suleiman explores the meaning of detachment from the dunya and how a Muslim can love the blessings Allah has given them without becoming imprisoned by them.
Islam does not teach us to reject every worldly blessing or to live without gratitude. Rather, it teaches us to enjoy halal blessings with thankfulness, while remembering that everything in this life is temporary and belongs to Allah. Wealth, family, comfort, success, status, and possessions can all be blessings, but they should never own the heart.
This Islamic reminder explains how to practice detachment in Islam by keeping the dunya in your hands, not in your heart. Through dhikr, remembrance of Allah, gaining perspective, reflecting on the Akhirah, and being disciplined with the worldly life, we can learn to appreciate our blessings without becoming dependent on them.
Many people become attached to the things they love: their wealth, their homes, their careers, their relationships, their reputation, and their comforts. But when the heart becomes attached to the dunya, it can lead to anxiety, fear of loss, heedlessness, and distance from Allah. True peace comes from remembering that Allah is the Provider, the Owner of all blessings, and the One to whom we will return.
This emotional Muslim reminder encourages us to be grateful without being consumed, ambitious without being distracted, and disciplined without becoming harsh. The believer uses the dunya as a means to please Allah, not as the final goal.
If you are struggling with attachment, fear of losing blessings, love of the dunya, anxiety over worldly matters, or feeling distant from Allah, this reminder is for you. Return to dhikr, renew your perspective, remember the Akhirah, and ask Allah to place the dunya in your hands and not in your heart.

Mohamed Hoblos speaks about the reality of life, death, repentance, and the importance of turning back to Allah before it is too late.
Many people live as though they have unlimited time. They delay salah, delay repentance, delay leaving sins, delay doing good, and tell themselves they will change one day. But the truth is, our time in this dunya is not promised. Death can come at any moment. This could be our last day, our last night, our last prayer, or our final chance to return to Allah.
This emotional Islamic speech is a reminder that life is short, the dunya is temporary, and the Akhirah is forever. It encourages every Muslim to wake up, reflect on their purpose, leave behind sins, make sincere tawbah, protect their prayers, and start making a change today.
No matter how far a person has gone, it is never too late to turn back to Allah while they are still alive. Allah is the Most Merciful, and the door of repentance remains open until death reaches a person. But at the same time, none of us know when that moment will come. That is why we should not delay. The best time to change is now.
This powerful Muslim reminder is for anyone who feels distant from Allah, stuck in sin, distracted by the dunya, or unsure where to begin. Start with tawbah. Start with salah. Start with one sincere step back to Allah. Your past does not have to define your ending, but you must choose to change before it is too late.
Life is short. Death is certain. The Hereafter is real. Turn back to Allah today.

Sheikh Abdullah Oduro speaks about one of the greatest tests many Muslims face today: lust, zina, desires, temptation, and the struggle to protect oneself from haram.
In a world where fitnah is everywhere and sins are made easy, many people are silently battling with their nafs, lowering the gaze, avoiding haram relationships, staying away from pornography, and trying to protect their hearts for the sake of Allah. This Islamic speech is a reminder that the test of desire is real, but with attributes like sincerity, patience, tawbah, discipline, and reliance upon Allah, it can be overcome.
Zina is a major sin in Islam, and Allah warns us not only to avoid zina, but to not even come near it. This reminder encourages Muslims to take the matter seriously by guarding their eyes, protecting their private parts, avoiding sinful environments, staying away from triggers, choosing righteous company, making sincere repentance, and turning back to Allah before it is too late.
This emotional Muslim reminder is for anyone struggling with lust, haram desires, pornography, zina, relationships, temptation, or the whispers of Shaytan. It is also a reminder that no matter how many times a person has fallen into sin, the door of repentance is still open. Allah is the Most Merciful, and the believer should never lose hope in the mercy of Allah.
The dunya constantly calls people towards desire, instant pleasure, and disobedience, but the path to Jannah requires patience, self-control, modesty, and obedience to Allah. This Islamic lecture reminds us that true strength is not giving in to every desire, but fighting the nafs and choosing what pleases Allah.
If you are struggling with temptation, this reminder is for you. Return to Allah, make sincere tawbah, protect your salah, lower your gaze, avoid the paths that lead to zina, and keep striving. Your struggle for the sake of Allah is not meaningless, and Allah knows every effort you make to stay away from haram.

If You Died Tonight, How Does Your Story End?
In this powerful Islamic reminder, Ustadh Abdul Rahman Hassan speaks about death, the Day of Judgement, the reality of the Akhirah, and the importance of preparing to meet Allah before it is too late.
Many people become distracted and deluded by the worldly life. They chase wealth, status, comfort, reputation, success, followers, careers, and the approval of people, forgetting that this dunya is temporary and that every soul will return to Allah. But on the Day of Judgement, none of these worldly things will benefit a person except what was used in obedience to Allah.
Your wealth will not protect you. Your status will not defend you. What will matter is your iman, your sincerity, your repentance, your salah, the state of your heart, and the righteous deeds you sent forward for the sake of Allah.
This emotional Islamic lecture is a reminder to reflect deeply on the life we are living, the sins we need to leave behind, the good deeds we need to increase, and the book of deeds we are writing every single day. On the Day of Judgement, every person will receive their record. For the people of righteousness, receiving their book in the right hand will be a moment of success. For those who rejected the truth or lived in disobedience to Allah, it will be a moment of regret, loss, and accountability.
This powerful Muslim reminder encourages us to make sincere tawbah, protect our prayers, remember death, prepare for the Akhirah, and stop being deceived by the temporary pleasures of this world. The dunya will end, but the Hereafter is forever.
Ask yourself honestly: if your book of deeds was closed tonight, would you be ready to meet Allah?
