لمَـن كَـثُـرَ عَلَيهِ امرُ الكوابيسِ مِن الجنِّ هُو انْ يَقرَأَ الشخصُ قبلَ النوم اولَ ٤ ءاياتٍ مِن سورةِ الطارقِ ٣ مرات بقراءةٍ صحيحة.
