Welcome back to another episode with Lost in the 21st Century! We wanted to discuss on something that we believe that people need a better understanding on. 

Majority of the time hate towards Muslim people goes unnoticed or even ignored. We try to get a deeper understanding as to why people do not understand the definition of Islamophobia and if this because of how the government described the meaning and what some of our Muslim listeners, that sent in their voice messages, thought should be the right definition.

We also asked for personal experiences, to get an understanding on how islamophobia has even affected some of our listeners, friends and families and people online. 

Lastly, we spoke about the lack of representation of Muslim people in the media and the effect of this and Celebs who also identify as Muslim.
