In today‘s episode, I talk about how moving to Bali has made me adopt a minimalist mindset and in what ways I appreciate this change. So often, we mindlessly consume things when we actually don‘t need so much surrounding us. I also touch upon the topic of non-attachment and how embracing such can free up our mind ✨.

What do we need to do when we feel lonely? I think that the times we feel lonely are the times we need ourselves the most. It is so healthy and important to spend time on our own and work on the relationship we have with ourselves. After all, we are the only person that we spend every moment of our lives with. ✨

For me, it is sometimes very difficult to watch people take certain actions or make choices in their lives that I don‘t necessarily agree with. I am currently learning to accept to let things flow and am consciously trying to step back from exercising power over others. I am sharing some thoughts on this topic with you, as it might be something that other people who tend to be a bit controlling struggle with too. In this episode, I am sharing my personal journey towards a plant-based diet and what factors influenced me to become a vegan. I believe that adopting a diet that is in line with our ethical belief system greatly contributes towards a happy life 🌞. For me, this meant choosing a diet of compassion & non-violence.
