Randy is the Secretary of the California Republican Party, but he is not limited to just politics. He is a partner at Ventac Partners, which is a venture capital group that offers life sciences consulting, and company formation.

He is also a Senior Advisor for Mesa Verde Ventures, LLC, but his main focus is at Innovus Pharmaceuticals, INC. Where he oversees corporate, and business development, as well as the legal and intellectual property at the company.

In both situations, he is also able to use his knowledge of psychology to help people.

Moshe just wrote a book called The Amare Wave which speaks about the importance of loving what you do for work and how you can use specific systems to help achieve your goals.

Mickey achieved his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Tufts University and went on to get his Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Chicago learning from one of his mentors American Economist Steve Levitt. While in college, Mickey was also involved with the Track and Field Team as both a student-athlete and an assistant coach.

His love for sports and economics blended into Economics Athletics - A company dedicated to creating a stronger connection between academics and athletics for students.
