Right now, all of our customers are grappling with the effects of lockdown, and we felt it would be useful to interview some unique individuals who are experts at dealing with isolation, and can offer some insights on how they coped when things got tough.

Gareth Jenkins served as the Commanding Officer of a £1.4 Billion nuclear powered attack submarine (HMS Astute) from 2014 to 2016, leading a crew of 175 beneath the waves.

Gareth's Naval career has focussed in the areas of submarine operations and training; he has served in hunter-killer submarines since 2002 and deployed to the Atlantic and Indian Oceans, the Mediterranean Sea and other areas.
