Nikki North has been working in Intelligent Automation for over 15 years starting out with RPA back in 2006 and specifically working in Financial services. She has delivered value across hundreds of processes using pure RPA and more recently leveraging the eco system of IA technologies to drive business value. Nikki is also a mother who aims to inspire her two daughters to be whatever they want to be in life.

Nicki also has her own company, Empowered Analysts, to help other analysts reach their fullest potential through coaching, mentorship and technical guidance. Lindsey Daniels is passionate about applying a people-driven approach to work. She started her career being involved in technology and business improvement projects within a large corporate enterprise, leading teams during a trajectory of growth and digital transformation, transforming the business model from traditional professional services into SaaS. Now, Lindsey is Head of IT Performance & Governance at Places for People. She was shortlisted for Digital Leader of the Year and Outstanding Transformation at the Women in Tech Excellence Awards 2021.

Shilpa Rao is Head of Artificial Intelligence Products and Platform at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). And she is not only a successful woman that loves AI, but also a creative mind that during her childhood was able to overcome the barriers presented by her dyslexia, condition that she only found out about a couple of years ago.
