She started her career being involved in technology and business improvement projects within a large corporate enterprise, leading teams during a trajectory of growth and digital transformation, transforming the business model from traditional professional services into SaaS. Now, Lindsey is Head of IT Performance & Governance at Places for People. She was shortlisted for Digital Leader of the Year and Outstanding Transformation at the Women in Tech Excellence Awards 2021.
